I have played millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a few years back with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original $10 bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first $40 wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager

Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
