I have played millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
