I have bet on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have wagered on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at blackjack. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of $10

Wager $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager

Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
